Would you like appropriate rental advice?
In order to give you an appropriate rental advice, one of our specialists will visit you without obligation. We will then look at the rental property together with you and discuss your personal tenant wishes with you.
In order to promote fast rental, we advise the landlord, among other things, about a feasible rental price
and any adjustments that need to be made.
For the use of various internet presentations we can already take pictures of the rental property during the visit, but of course we can also hire a professional photographer.
We place the rental property on the large Dutch online housing platforms where the interested tenant can respond.
Very important target groups, in addition to the private market, are the professionals and expats. We have been working for many years with many companies, multinationals and government institutions that can offer furnished and unfurnished homes to their employees.
Screening renters
We select and screen the right candidate for your rental property. SterckWonen mediates strictly for tenants who are:

- meet the income requirement to rent the property.
If a potential tenant is interested in the property, we plan a viewing. As soon as a tenant is selected, a tenancy agreement will be drawn up and an inspection report will be drawn up when the tenant is involved.

Is your property for sale and still for temporary rent?
We can also be of good service to you if your property is offered for sale, but the sale does not proceed quickly. On the basis of the "vacancy law", we can temporarily rent out your property. We do this with an appropriate cancellation clause, should the house still be sold during the rental period.
